Our Sherbet making

I thought the sherbet was sour and we liked it and some people filled it up with water and when I finished I put it in the rubbish and then played with the cars on the car track.

When I was in the sandpit I burped and it tasted all sour. We put water in the sherbet and it tasted fizzy.

I cried when I tasted the sherbet and it was so sour.

It was sour and sweet and it tasted like lemondade.

When Mrs Behague wasn't looking I put water with it and then I tried it and it was absolutely disgusting I spat it out. There was a big lumpy bit on the bubble

The water is getting pretty cold but we still LOVE swimming

We line up and wait for everyone to come out of the changing sheds when we have been swimming, we have race to see who wins..... boys?? or girls??

The pool looks beautiful but it is getting pretty cold.....

Roll Call

Today for our roll call I asked the children what they thought their brain was for.... What does it do? What is it for? This was as an introduction to our mini unit on "thinking and learning", where we will be learning what makes our brain work and how to feed and look after a healthy brain. These were some of their ideas on what a brain does...... Aren't they fabulous!!!!

Hi there and Welcome to Room 4.
What a brilliant Summer we have had... I hope you are all well rested and looking forward to an exciting year.
This year we are aiming for all the children to post their news regularly, and will be working collaboratively with some senior students to make this possible. We would love to hear your comments and see your photos in our guest book.
